About MGH

A decade of hands-on operations and venture building

MGH is led by Dor Goldman, who has spent roughly a decade working inside global supply chains, medical devices under CE and FDA regulation, 3PLs and digital medical SaaS products. The firm plans and executes, rather than stopping at a recommendation.

Who is MGH?

MGH is a venture studio, business operations partner, and manager of AI agent teams, founded by Dor Goldman. The work covers two things: reengineering the operations of existing businesses (supply chain, ERP, SalesOps, and medical device operations under CE and FDA) and building new ventures from idea to working pilot. MGH also builds Espresso, an operations OS, and runs MGH Agency, managed AI agent teams that grew out of the same operational discipline.

What to know about MGH before you reach out

  • MGH is founded and led by Dor Goldman; there is no separate "team" narrative beyond what the work itself needs.
  • The background is roughly a decade across global supply chains, medical devices under CE and FDA, 3PLs, digital medical SaaS, ERP, and SalesOps.
  • MGH plans and implements. The team stays through delivery rather than handing off a recommendation.
  • Regulated medical device operations, under CE and FDA, is the sharpest and most differentiated part of that background.
  • Espresso, the operations OS at espresso.mgh-ltd.com, is an MGH product built from the same operational discipline.
  • MGH Agency runs managed AI agent teams — scheduled agents doing recurring operational work with a human approval gate on everything that ships.

How MGH works

Four things stay constant across every engagement, whatever the specific problem.

Hands-on, not advisory-only

MGH builds alongside a client rather than handing over a slide deck. The plan and the delivery come from the same team, so nothing gets lost translating a recommendation into a working process.

Financial clarity first

Every recommendation is backed by financial modelling, not intuition. If a change cannot be costed, it is not ready to propose.

Fitted to the organisation

Budget, timeline and how the organisation actually works shape every engagement. The same fix looks different at a five-person team and a regulated manufacturer, and the plan should reflect that.

Regulated environments, taken seriously

A decade of that work sits inside medical devices under CE and FDA regulation, where a process change has to survive an audit as well as save time or money.

The background behind MGH

Before MGH, that decade was spent inside global supply chain operations, third-party logistics selection and onboarding, and digital medical SaaS products. Medical devices regulated under CE and FDA sit at the sharpest edge of it, where a process has to hold up to an external audit as well as make the business faster or cheaper.

The same decade covers ERP planning and implementation, and SalesOps work from CRM through to closed-won, across cross-domain integrations. MGH exists to bring that same combination, operational depth plus the willingness to execute, to other businesses that need it.

Common questions

Who founded MGH?

Dor Goldman. His background is roughly a decade of hands-on work across global supply chains, medical devices under CE and FDA regulation, third-party logistics, digital medical SaaS products, ERP planning and implementation, and SalesOps from CRM through to closed-won.

What does MGH actually specialize in?

Two things: operations reengineering (finding where a process is losing money or time, then fixing it) and venture development (taking a new idea from validation through to a working pilot). Supply chain and 3PL operations, ERP and systems implementation, and medical devices under CE and FDA sit inside the operations side.

Does MGH just advise, or does it also implement?

Both, and implementation is the harder half. MGH plans and then executes the plan itself, fitted to a client's budget, timeline and how the organisation actually works, rather than handing over a recommendation and leaving the delivery risk with the client.

How does Espresso relate to MGH?

Espresso is a product MGH built: an operations OS for multi-entity organisations that maps, costs and re-engineers operational processes across business units. It grew out of the same operations work MGH does for clients directly, turned into a tool.
